私が好きなアーティストのひとりが、レディー・ガガです。
レディー・ガガが歌う、スーパーボールのナショナルアンセム（国歌斉唱）。
この動画を観たとき、私もこんな風に誇りを持ち、心に響く音楽を演奏したいと強く思うようになりました。
それですので、私はいつも本番前にはこの動画を見て勇気をもらい、ステージに向かう気持ちを高めています。
そして、この動画を見るうちに、いつか世界の舞台で国歌を歌いたいと思うようになりました。
漠然と思っていたことは急に現実となります。
先日イタリアで開催された「侍う-Saburau-」で「君が代」を歌ってほしい、とお話をいただきました。
舞台は、今回の「侍う-Saburau-」プロジェクトメインとなるトリノ会場。いちばん最初のオープニングセレモニーで
改元の奉祝として「君が代」を歌う、という大役です。
出発まで時間がなく、練習も出来ていない状態で、歌い回しも全く決まっておらず、不安な気持ちでいっぱいでした。
練習なしに初めて人前で歌うこと。さらに海外。
もっと言えば、ごまかしのきかない、アカペラでの演奏です。
プロジェクトを成功を考えると「君が代」の演奏は必要でした。
また、私自身、このチャンスをどうしてもつかみたいと思い、チャレンジすることにしました。
そして迎えた本番。
会場には、ヴィノーヴォ市長・文化評議員・各団体代表者をはじめ、約1,200名ほどの来場者。
日本人の代表として国歌を歌う使命感、「侍う-Saburau-」開催のお祝いと大成功への願い、新しい時代を祝福する気持ち、海外で演奏したいと長年思っていた夢が叶った喜び、そして目の前のお客様の幸せへの祈り。そのような気持ちが溢れてきて、「君が代」を歌わせていただきました。
歌いきった後、たくさんの拍手をいただき、喜んでいただけたことを実感しました。
演奏中に鳴った教会の鐘の音に驚きましたが、演奏が終わったときには、私の夢が叶ったことを祝福してくれているようで感無量でした。
「心に響く音楽」。
言葉が通じなくても、音楽や情熱は人の心に届くことを感じた瞬間でした。

One of my favorite musicians is Lady Gaga.
There is the national anthem video she sang in a super ball.
When I watched this video for the first time, I felt as proud as she and wanted to be able to play music that gets through to someone’s heart.
I always watch this video before the show to get the courage and I am getting on stage.
And as I watched this video, one day I wanted to sing the national anthem on the stage of the world.
What I thought vaguely suddenly became reality.
I was asked to sing the Japanese national anthem at the opening ceremony of the Saburau.
I was very uneasy, but I decided to take on the challenge, thinking that I really wanted to take this opportunity.
And production.
Sense of mission to sing national anthem as Japanese representative, and celebration of the event and wish for great success,and Feelings to bless new age,and The joy that came from my dream that I had long wanted to sing abroad,Prayer for the happiness of the customers in front of me…I was full of such feelings and let me sing the national anthem.
After the song, I realized that I was pleased with a lot of applause.
The sound of the church bell that rang during the performance seemed to bless that my dream came true.

I had a really great experience in Italy.
